The World Of Shadows

Only in the shadows will you find the truth.

Of course there are realities within realities, truths within truths, lies within lies and if we are to believe some scientists, worlds within worlds. All inexorably bound together by thin threads of time and space, into a shimmering web of infinite possibility and potential; delicately balanced by conflicting gravity’s somewhere between past and future, light and dark, good and evil, life and death.

That the majority of people can be so readily deceived by the smoke and mirrors constituting contemporary governments and their ideologies of power. While the rest are silenced by fear, or threats that ‘you are either with us or against us’. Comes as no real surprise to me, I have seen its well oiled machinery slip silently into action during previous conflicts, have lived under a succession of Governments, some better, some worse, some committed to freedom and democracy, some nothing more than brutal elected dictatorships.
